Jennifer Schillinger
Executive Director
Jennifer is passionate about community, experiential learning, and mentorship. Following an undergraduate degree in Education, Communication Studies and Psychology, she received her Masters in Counseling and Student Affairs from Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM) and Executive MBA from Quantic University, and a Masters in Global Theology from Trinity Bible College. With 12+ years of teaching and facilitation experience, Jennifer has worked as an Academic and Career Counselor, Programs Director for The Barry Foundation, and owner of Strengths Advantage, a training and strategic facilitation consulting company, and Executive Pastor for Heartland Community Church in West Fargo, ND. She loves spending time camping with her husband Lance and three boys, Evan, Chase, and Gracen.
Preston Hall

Preston is a husband, father, and eternal learner of all the ways we can embody life and love. In recent years he's been exploring the practices that allow one to be still and know what has been placed deep within the human heart. You can often find him in a deep conversation with those who are willing, otherwise he is simply trying to figure out how to be...a parent.
Ariel Lewin
Board Member
Ariel is Fargo native who you are most likely to find with a cup of coffee in hand. She devotes her time to her family and her horses. She is intrigued by many different cultures and languages with a great desire to travel and explore them all. Her passion for the human connection motivated her to volunteer and recruit while serving as the Hospitality Administrator for a local church for 6 years.
Lance Schillinger
Board Member
Lance is an entrepreneurship enthusiast and full-time dad. With a degree in Business and Computer Science he loves tinkering with computers and engaging with commerce. His current projects include storage locker resale, and working with his friend Isaac on Chipperz Delights, a company that makes chocolate-covered potato chips. If you are lucky he might share some with you! A retired American Veteran, and the youngest of eight kids, Lance loves hunting, fishing, and spending time with his best friend Trent and his family.
